The Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale Site will open at 9pm PST on Thursday, November 23, 2018 and will close at 11:59pm PST on Monday, November 26, 2018.
Orders placed on the sale site are expected to ship within one week from the date your order is placed.
Delivery times (the time an item takes to arrive to your mailbox once it has shipped) will be the same as estimated on danesanddivas.com.

Store Policies
While our sale site is completely separate from danesanddivas.com, our company policies will still apply to sale.danesanddivas.com.
These include all info on the Policies & FAQs page as well as the Shipping & Returns page.
All items are final sale.
Order Modification Policy
Due to the extremely high volume of orders that will come through both the sale site and our regular site, we will be working at lightning speed to ensure order accuracy and speed of delivery.
We have partnered with a fulfillment team to help ship out orders placed at sale.danesanddivas.com and will be unable to accommodate the following changes to your orders once placed:
- Change to the shipping address
- Change to billing/payment info
- Consolidate multiple orders placed on the sale site
- Consolidate separate orders placed on the regular site as well as the sale site
- Make size/hardware changes or adjustments to sale site items including engraving
Good to know
Promotional offers/promo codes will not work on the sale site.
Gift cards purchased on danesanddivas.com will not be redeemable on the sale site.
If you would like to redeem your gift card for your purchase, please contact us for assistance to manually apply the gift card to your sale site order.
Shipping
Please note that our free shipping promotion within North America will not be valid on the sale site as steep discounts are already in place.
Item Availability
Our sale will run as long as we have stock.
Please note that placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve an item or remove it from our inventory.
As with most sites on Black Friday, if an item of limited stock is in your cart while you're browsing, it can sell out if a customer completes their purchase for that same item.
Shopping carts on the sale site do not save.
If you leave our site and return at a later time, we may be sold out of many of the items you had left in your shopping cart!
To be fair to all shoppers, we cannot reserve items.
Clearance items sold on sale.danesanddivas.com are void of warranty.
To extend the life of your pet's collar, leash or harness etc, you may find our Care Instructions to be helpful.
Rainchecks/Price Adjustments
Sorry, no rainchecks or price adjustments will be valid.
If an item is sold out, we cannot extend the same sale price to a made-to-order item at danesanddivas.com.
In the rare circumstance that we are sold out of an item you purchased, you will be refunded for that item when preparing for shipment.
Customer Accounts/Payment Methods
Customer accounts created on danesanddivas.com will not work on sale.danesanddivas.com.
Payment methods accepted at danesanddvias.com will be accepted at sale.danesanddivas.com.

Our team will be on standby from 10am PST until 6pm PST during the duration of the sale excluding Sunday (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Monday) to assist you as soon as possible via Chat on our sale site to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
